Alfieri Tree Care, a family-owned tree and shrub care company serving the Upper-to-Mid Cape, is seeking a motivated, dependable Groundperson to join our growing tree crew.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is mechanically inclined, and wants to build a career in professional tree care.

Responsibilities include:

• Support climbers, aerial lift operators, and crew leaders from the ground
• Operate chainsaws, wood chippers, mini loaders, and other tree care equipment
• Assist with ropes, rigging, pruning, removals, and job site cleanup
• Drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites
• Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Learn proper tree care techniques and industry safety practices

Qualifications:

• Valid MA Driver’s License required
• CDL a major plus and compensated accordingly
• Ability to routinely lift and carry 75+ lbs
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Landscaping, horticulture, tree care, or general labor experience preferred
