Marino Co. in Peabody, Tom educates municipalities in Central and Western Mass, Southern NH and VT on how to extend the life of their roadways. Tom holds a degree in Small Business Management, is a graduate of the Massachusetts Reserve Police Academy, and is a Baystate Roads Scholar.
